Our Story
Discover a delightful and unforgettable Chinese food experience in Denver with MAKfam! This elevated fast-casual restaurant, located on 1st and Broadway, serves delicious tradition inspired Chinese food using fresh ingredients and unique recipes inspired by the owners’ family heritage.
What started as a New York City-area pop-up turned Denver food hall concept, MAKfam will open its doors in the Baker neighborhood in 2023 in a move to make their tradition-inspired dishes more accessible. Come take your tastebuds on a journey through a trendy, family-friendly atmosphere you’ll want to share with everyone you know.
A Note About Our Experience
We are a busy restaurant with a small space and often have a wait list for dinner. We offer counter-service ordering and run your food & drinks, as well as clean up afterwards. Our wait list tends to move quickly and we offer texting updates, allowing you to visit one of the great bars on South Broadway while waiting for a table. Due to the physical constraints of our space, it can be difficult to accommodate large parties, particularly during weekend dinners.
We are family-friendly, however we play hip-hop and rap, especially after dark.
